Located in a beautiful valley immediately adjacent to the Addo elephant park, Nguni River Lodge offers breathtaking views of the wild mountains and the opportunity for Elephant back Safaris. the rooms are well-appointed with ensuite bathrooms and the service is top-notch, with knowledgeable guides who go the extra mile to track animals for an unforgettable safari experience. the lodge also offers a pool and central area with stunning views, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural surroundings.

The food, though good, falls slightly short of excellence, leaving some room for improvement.

Spent my Christmas time in an incredible lodge surrounded by stunning views of wildlife. the guide we had was so knowledgeable and made sure we saw all kinds of magnificent animals during our stay. the food provided was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly. What made it even better was that we were able to relax in our own private pool and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the location.

I don't really have any negative aspects to mention. the only thing I would say is that the wifi connection wasn't the strongest, but honestly, who needs constant internet connection in such a beautiful and peaceful setting?

This hotel is a must, visit for luxury seekers , the exclusive amenities were everything we could have hoped for. From the refreshing swimming pool to the spacious room advantages, the hotel really delivered. the restaurant served delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area provided the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. the private facilities truly made us feel like VIPs.

There was just one minor issue we encountered , the service was slow on our first day. this was quickly resolved and did not dampen our experience.

Great scenery and comfortable rooms with amazing outdoor showers. The location is perfect for spotting wildlife and it's a great spot for a romantic weekend getaway.

Our guide wasn't very knowledgeable and didn't seem very interested in showing us all the different animals. , the food was average and not very flavorful.
